Madison obtained her Bachelors of Nursing at Valdosta State University in 2017 and immediately began chasing her dreams as a bedside pediatric nurse. During that time she developed a passion for wellness and was inspired by the courage and strength of the patients with diabetes she had the privilege of caring for. That inspiration from those patients lead her to obtain her Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Columbus State university in 2025. She’s has experience in clinic-based and hospital-based diabetes education. Her “real life” experience began when her youngest son was found to have clinical hypoglycemia at 14 months old, which has helped her understand the impact of how much a diagnosis can impact family and daily life with a child requiring glucose monitoring and intervention. She approaches her role in caring for her patients with the same heart and determination as that of caring for her child.
